Esta tesis rastrea los intentos por cambiar el mundo a través de la arquitectura; son los reflejos de una búsqueda por generar ciudades que fueran un instrumento para las relaciones políticas y el enriquecimientos de la vida cotidiana, y no únicamente expresiones del poder del Estado, del mercado inmobiliario y del orden cívico
