Abstract	dc.description.abstract	En la última década, el Estado de Chile dio inicio a un proceso de reforma de sus políticas públicas destinadas a la modernización del sistema judicial. Éstas han tenido como objetivo incorporar a los sistemas de administración de justicia, los derechos humanos y los estándares internacionales, apelando fundamentalmente a una justicia que resuelva en forma oportuna, rápida, eficiente, transparente, imparcial y accesible, los conflictos que se desarrollan en nuestra sociedad.	es_CL
