| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | En este artículo se pretende revisar de forma sistemática la discusión jurisprudencial en torno a la admisibilidad de la pena de muerte. Para ello se revisarán las sentencias de la Suprema Corte norteamericana recaídas en casos donde se pretende aplicar la pena de muerte. Luego se proceden a revisar los principales argumentos esgrimidos en Chile en la discusión legislativa en torno a la promulgación de la ley 19.734, derogatoria de la pena de muerte. | |
