Prácticas para abordar el maltrato infantil en primera infancia en un jardín infantil desde el enfoque comunitario

Abstract

La presente investigación fue de carácter cualitativo, bajo el diseño de un estudio de caso en un jardín infantil, con objeto de poder describir las prácticas que despliega el mismo para el abordaje del maltrato infantil en la primera infancia, desde el enfoque comunitario. Los participantes del estudio fueron los adultos de la comunidad educativa del jardín infantil. Dentro de las prácticas encontradas se puede señalar que, existen a la base principios básicos asociados al enfoque de derecho, el trabajo comunitario y la participación. Asimismo, cuenta con lineamientos institucionales al respecto, asociados a aspectos jurídicos, que deben cumplir los miembros del equipo del jardín infantil. Los componentes comunitarios encontrados en las prácticas, se asocian al uso de los recursos que se encuentran en la comunidad educativa y territorial, el trabajo con la red y el posicionamiento en el territorio, a través de la práctica de la visita domiciliaria. Éstas permiten visibilizar al jardín infantil como un articulador comunitario, un espacio de socioeducación y una comunidad de aprendizaje; el cual ha favorecido el acercamiento entre el mundo de las instituciones y la comunidad territorial, involucrando a sus actores a favor de la protección de los niños y niñas

ABSTRACT The present investigation was qualitative, under the design of a case study in a kindergarten, in order to be able to describe the practices that the same presents for the approach of child abuse in the early childhood, from the community approach. Study participants were adults in the kindergarten educational community. Within the practices found it can be pointed out that, there are basic principles associated with the approach of law, community work and participation. Likewise, it has institutional guidelines in this regard, associated with legal aspects, which must be met by members of the kindergarten team. The community components found in the practices are associated with the use of the resources found in the educational and territorial community, working with the network and positioning in the territory, through the practice of the home visit. These make it possible to see the kindergarten as a community articulator, a socio-educational space and a learning community. This has favored the rapprochement between the world of institutions and the territorial community, involving its actors in favor of the protection of children
