La pornografía no consentida como forma de violencia de género

Abstract

La ubicuidad del Internet en la vida contemporánea ha modificado las relaciones personales, cambiando la forma en que se desarrollan. Para las nuevas generaciones no resulta extraño compartir y explorar su sexualidad mediante las herramientas provistas por Internet. Sin embargo, la era digital también ha abierto la puerta a una amplia variedad de conductas abusivas, dentro de las que se encuentra la pornografía no consentida. En este contexto, el presente trabajo aborda los distintos conceptos vinculados a este fenómeno, la manera en que el Internet ha ayudado a su proliferación, cómo el derecho comparado ha regulado el problema, los mecanismos presentes actualmente en el sistema chileno para combatirlo, pero, sobre todo, la manera en que la violencia de género se expresa en cada manifestación de la pornografía no consensual

The ubiquity of the Internet in contemporary life has modified personal relationships, changing the way they develop. For the new generations it is not strange to share and explore their sexuality through the tools provided by the Internet. However, the digital age has also opened the door to a wide variety of abusive behaviors, among which is non-consensual pornography. In this context, the present work addresses the different concepts related to this phenomenon, the way in which the Internet has helped its proliferation, how the comparative law has regulated the problem, the tools currently present in the Chilean system to combat it, but above all, the way in which gender violence is expressed in every manifestation of non-consensual pornography
