Abstract
dc.description.abstract

Abstract
dc.description.abstract
This project addresses the social action of museum institutions from both a historical and contemporary perspective, thus identifying the great influence that sociocultural contexts exert on those lines of action.
Based on this, the design of a service is proposed that, based on the ools of the ecomuseological model and particularly on participatory cartographies, fosters the link that the museum establishes with its surroundings and territorially closest communities.
In this sense, the Museo de la Solidaridad Salvador Allende has been
established as a case study based on, through the design of services, proposing a new type of interaction between it and its neighboring communities, through the use of collaborative models, gamification, use of digital technologies and reward systems, which promote the identification, interpretation and appreciation of heritage from the communities, for subsequent analysis by the museum in order to promote a critical reading of the context in order to enhance its capacity for resilience and
adaptation to future transformations.
