Monografía : Caracterización de las denuncias sobre tenencia responsable de mascotas en la Ilustre Municipalidad de Maipú en el periodo enero 2017 a diciembre 2018

Abstract

Se evaluaron 377 denuncias por Tenencia Responsable de Mascotas, recibidas por la Municipalidad de Maipú durante los años 2017 y 2018; identificándose que los motivos principales de ellas fueron maltrato, abandono y mala alimentación. El perro fue la especie que involucró la mayor cantidad de denuncias, siendo a su vez mayoritariamente faltas leves según la ordenanza municipal vigente a esas fechas. Al analizar las denuncias recibidas, en función de los barrios a los cuales correspondían las direcciones de las personas denunciadas, se observó que el factor más influyente en la cantidad de denuncias recopiladas fue el factor demográfico. Los barrios con mayor número de denuncias fueron La Farfana, Hospital - Campos de Batalla y Sol Poniente. Esta información podrá apoyar el desarrollo de planes educativos en tenencia responsable, dando mayor énfasis a los barrios críticos, focalizando así de mejor forma los recursos humanos y económicos disponibles

Analyzing the complaints received according to the neighborhoods on which addresses of the persons reported corresponded, it was observed that the most influential factor in the number of complaints collected was the demographic factor. The neighborhoods with the highest number of complaints were La Farfana, Hospital - Campos de Batalla and Sol Poniente.
