Identificación de los Componentes Centrales de una intervención nacional de salud mental escolar

Abstract

En la implementación de programas psicosociales es posible ver diferencias sustanciales en los resultados obtenidos, aun cuando se persigue el mismo objetivo mediante el mismo diseño. La Ciencia de la Implementación ha permitido investigar esto a través de la clasificación de los componentes de las intervenciones en Centrales y Periféricos. Esta investigación tiene por objetivo identificar y sistematizar los Componentes Centrales del programa Habilidades para la Vida, una intervención nacional de salud mental escolar. Mediante un diseño descriptivo secuencial, se logró encontrar 7 componentes imprescindibles en la implementación de HPV para asegurar cierto nivel de resultados. Los datos obtenidos invitan a continuar investigando en torno al programa, su implementación, y los efectos en los niños, niñas y adolescentes beneficiarios.

Abstract In the implementation of psychosocial programmes it is possible to see substantial differences in the results obtained, even when the same objective is pursued through the same design. Implementation Science has made it possible to investigate this by classifying the components of interventions into Core and Peripheral. This research aims to identify and systematise the Core Components of the Skills for Life programme, a national school mental health intervention. Through a descriptive sequential design, it was possible to find 7 essential components in the implementation of HPV to ensure a certain level of results. The data obtained invite further research on the programme, its implementation, and the effects on the beneficiary children and adolescents.
