Superdueños : el nuevo uso de la vivienda en la Región Metropolitana Talagante antes, durante y después de la pandemia

Abstract

El tema de investigación de este proyecto se basa en la problemática asociada al régimen habitacional de la vivienda en Chile englobando en si los estándares de residencia, localización, conflicto y mutaciones que conciernen a la calidad de vida de los habitantes. El crecimiento y la necesidad buscan la reformulación de lo primordial en el buen habitar. La búsqueda de este aspecto lleva a decisiones trascendentes en el futuro de cada individuo. Gracias a la situación prepandemia, durante pandemia y post pandemia se logra visualizar las distintas consecuencias de esta crisis mundial. Espacio, trabajo y propiedad es lo que movilizó a los habitantes a buscar aires no tan céntricos para alojarse en la periferia del Gran Santiago. Todo este aumento en la necesidad de viviendas colindantes a la Región Metropolitana alertó a los inversionistas inmobiliarios para una nueva oportunidad de negocio a futuro.

The research theme of this project is based on the problems associated with the housing regime in Chile, encompassing the standards of residence, location, conflict and mutations that concern the quality of life of the inhabitants. The growth and the need seek the reformulation of the primordial in the good living. The search for this aspect leads to transcendent decisions in the future of each individual. Thanks to the pre-pandemic, pandemic and post-pandemic situation, it is possible to visualize the different consequences of this global crisis. Space, work and property is what mobilized the inhabitants to look for not so central airs to stay in the periphery of Greater Santiago. All this increase in the need for housing adjacent to the Metropolitan Region alerted real estate investors for a new business opportunity in the future.
