Análisis de las medidas de acción afirmativa implementadas en Argentina y Uruguay para personas trabajadoras trans, con el objeto de incentivar su inserción en el mercado laboral formal

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis detallado de las medidas de acción afirmativa que implementaron los Estados de Argentina y Uruguay, tanto educativas como laborales, que promuevan la inserción de personas trabajadoras trans al mercado laboral formal. Se evaluará el grado de eficacia real que han tenido dichas legislaciones, determinado si han cumplido o no con sus objetivos propuestos, realizando un análisis crítico de las mismas, además de analizar otros esfuerzos estatales independientes a la legislación estudiada que tengan el mismo fin. Por último, se identificarán los problemas que producen una falta de eficacia en la implementación y desarrollo de estas medidas, y se propondrán soluciones que puedan revertir esta situación

The purpose of this research to analyze the affirmative action measures implemented by Argentina and Uruguay, both educational and labor-related, that promote the inclusion of transgender workers in the formal labor. The effectiveness of these legislations will be evaluated, determining whether they have met their proposed objectives, along with a critical analysis of them. Additionally, other state efforts independent of the studied legislation with the same goal will be examined. Finally, the issues causing a lack of effectiveness in the implementation and development of these measures will be identified, and solutions will be proposed to reverse this situation
