Estudio técnico, económico para gestión de reciclaje de materiales sólidos de casinos Sodexho Chile S.A.

Abstract

Sodexho Chile S.A, comprometido con el cuidado del medio ambiente, toma la iniciativa de suscribir un “Acuerdo de Producción Limpia de Servicios de Alimentación”, el cual permite entre otros, coordinar acciones entre instituciones públicas y empresas privadas, con el fin de minimizar la contaminación como también aumentar la productividad y competitividad de la empresa. Además, Sodexho cuenta con el apoyo de Acción Empresarial con el fin de promover la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial que trae consigo la armonía entre valores éticos, personas, comunidad y medio ambiente. Por esto, en el presente trabajo se entrega la información completa del Estudio Técnico, Económico para Gestión de Reciclaje de Materiales Sólidos, basado en la preparación y evaluación de proyectos. En esta evaluación, se proponen distintos escenarios, a los cuales, se les realizó un análisis de todas las variables involucradas, para finalmente evaluar la factibilidad de cada escenario, como también una sensibilización unidimensional. Luego de evaluar los diferentes escenarios, se deduce que la implementación de una gestión interna resulta poco atractiva para Sodexho, por lo que se recomienda implementar una gestión de reciclaje externa y zonificada, beneficiando a Sodexho como también al medio ambiente y las diferentes empresas involucradas. Además, se demostró los diversos beneficios empresariales que trae consigo la implementación del presente proyecto, destacando entre ellos como el más importante, el efecto positivo en la imagen corporativa.

Sodexho Chile S.A., in commitment with the care of the environment, takes the initiative to subscribe an Agreement of Clean Production relating the services of feeding. Which allows among others, to coordinate actions between the public institutions and the private Company, with the purpose of diminishing the contamination as well as increasing the productivity and the competitiveness. In addition, Sodexho counts on the support of Enterprise Action with the purpose of promoting the Enterprise Social Responsibility that brings by itself the harmony between ethical values, people, community and environment. By that, in the present work the complete information of the Technical and Economic Study is given for Management of Recycling of Solid Materials, based on the preparation and evaluation of projects. In this evaluation, different scenes are set up, and an analysis of all involved variables was made, to, finally evaluate the feasibility of each scene, as well as a sensibitlity. After evaluating the different scenes, it is deduced that the implementation of an internal management is not very attractive for Sodexho, that’s why it is recommended to implement an external management of zoned recycling, bringing therefore benefits for Sodexho, for the environment, and for the different involved recycling firms. In addition, it was demonstrated the diverse enterprise benefits that the implementation itself brings to the present project, emphasizing like the most important, the positive effect in the corporative image.
