Abstractdc.description.abstractA new differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of buspirone pharmaceutical formulations is proposed. The method is based on the CN bond electroactivity of buspirone pirimidinic ring. Recovery study and content uniformity test are described. Adequate precision and accuracy were obtained. Sample preparation is easy, and no excipient separation is required. Copyright © 1990 VCH Publishers, Inc.
