Estudio del desarrollo ontogenético de los antígenos de histocompatibilidad del sistema H-2 del ratón.

Abstract

En este trabajo tiene por objeto confirmar las observaciones acerca de diferencias en el tiempo de aparición y maduración de los antígenos H-2hechas por Müller (14, 20) y extender a un número mayor de alelos y cepas de ratones portadores de un mismo alelo con el objeto de precisar si la acción de estos genes en el desarrollo es o no independiente del genotipo residual.

The purpose of this work is to confirm the observations about differences in the time of appearance and maturation of H-2 antigens made by Müller (14, 20) and to extend them to a greater number of alleles and strains of mice carrying the same allele with in order to specify whether or not the action of these genes in development is independent of the residual genotype.
