Acreditación de las actividades de toma de muestra en aguas crudas, residuales y potable

Abstract

EI Área de Monitoreo Ambiental de CIMM T&S S.A. busca conseguir la acreditación de las actividades de toma de muestras en aguas crudas, residuales y potables, considerando también las instalaciones necesarias, equipamiento, documentación del sistema y requisitos del personal, entre otros. La acreditación se realiza mediante la aplicación de la Norma Chilena NCh 2404. Ot 1997 EN 45004 "Criterios generales para la operación de organismos de inspección". Para llevar a efecto la acreditación se implementó un laboratorio con el equipamiento para el muestreo en CIMM T&S S.A., necesarios para la correcta ejecución de los muestreos, cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos en la normativa vigente referida al tema, para la toma de muestras en los distintos tipos de agua. También se implementó el sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) en el laboratorio de monitoreo en aguas para garantizar la validez de los resultados y prevenir errores, para lo cual se elaboró la documentación de calidad, incluyendo: Procedimientos e instructivos documentados, Especificaciones, Registros, Manual de la calidad y Plan de aseguramiento de la calidad.

Una vez terminada la documentación y la implementación del laboratorio, se solicitará la acreditación al Sistema Nacional de Acreditación del lnstituto Nacional de Normalización, el que se encargará de verificar mediante auditoría, el comportamiento de los muestreos en terreno, asegurándose de este modo que se ha seguido lo planificado en la documentación del sistema de gestión de la calidad.

It seeks to obtain the accreditation of the sampling activities in raw, residual and drinking water, also considering the necessary facilities, equipment, system documentation and personnel requirements, among others. To carry out the accreditation, a laboratory was implemented with the equipment for sampling at CIMM T&S S.A., necessary for the correct execution of the sampling, complying with the requirements established in the current regulations regarding the subject, for the taking of samples in the different types of water. The quality management system (QMS) was also implemented in the water monitoring laboratory to guarantee the validity of the results and prevent errors, for which quality documentation was prepared, including: Documented procedures and instructions, Specifications, Records , Quality Manual and Quality Assurance Plan. Once the documentation and implementation of the laboratory has been completed, accreditation will be requested from the National Accreditation System of the National Standardization Institute, which will be in charge of verifying, through an audit, the behavior of the field samples, thus ensuring that followed what was planned in the documentation of the quality management system.
