| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | AtHMA1, una posible bomba ATPpasa de Arabidopsis thaliana, ha sido clasificada dentro del grupo de las metal pesado- ATPasas, las cuales tienen diferentes funciones como detoxificacion o transporte de metales para su uso como cofactores. Sin embargo, estudios anteriores han indicado que también posee similitud con las bomba SERCA-ATPasas, cuyo transporte de calcio es específicamente inhibido por un fármaco llamado tapsigargina.
