Hypertension is a pathology that consists of an increase in arterial blood pressure. Primary arterial hypertension is that which arises without a specific identifiable cause. This type of hypertension is estimated to affect 40% of the world's adult population. In Chile it is estimated that around 27.6% of the population suffers from arterial hypertension and around 27.53% of the affected population dies from disorders derived from this condition. In recent times, many studies have focused on investigating the role of lncRNAs in the mechanism of endogenous Competing RNAs (ceRNAs) in human diseases. This mechanism is a novel form of regular gene expression through the capture of microRNAs (miRNAs) by long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). Under this concept, the hypothesis of the present work is proposed in which the expression of response genes for primary arterial hypertension and their possible interactions in the mechanism of ceRNAs is studied. Using bioinformatics tools in GEO and SRA databases, data mining and meta-analysis. We identified the putative participation of 2 lncRNAs (LINC01128 and SNHG5) as capturers of the hsa-miR-92a-3p miRNA, regulating the expression of the ACSL4, LMBR1L, CCN2, APLP2, ANXA1, HIPK3 and SURF4 genes. identifying the mechanism of ceRNAs in the condition of primary arterial hypertension....

Lácteos e hipertensión arterial
(Consorcio Lechero, 2020)
