The aim of the solutions of own development is to create systems that they adapt to the needs of the establishments of health to realize an efficient management of re-sources and to optimize the times of answers. Nevertheless, they are not regularized under international regulations as HL7 or ISO standards. The following paper consists of a raising, construction and validation of a methodology for the evaluation of solutions of own development of the healthcare networks of Chile based on regulations recognized internationally. Using the case of the system of own development "Pulso" in the Hospital Dr. Sótero of the Rio dependent on Servicio de Salud Metropolitano Sur Oriente. The project defines the minimal characteristics that a system of own development must fulfill based on the knowledge of officials, academicians and professionals of the De-partment of Health (MINSAL). The result of this research was the definition of a meth-odology of evaluation for solutions of own development in four areas: Strategy, Hard-ware, Software and Change Management. The purpose is that the sistems of own de-velopment would be applied in 12 healthcare networks to incorporate these under the parameters of the MINSAL in Convenio Marco SIDRA 2.0 and in the Digital Strategy of Health. The research project was realized together by the Department of Health and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile. The institutions contributed information and ex-perience for the construction of the guideline of evaluation. The validation of the research project was realized in two institutions that they possess solutions of own development, the National institute of the Thorax, and in the Service of Health of Valdivia, where we could verify the feasibility to be applied in all Health Services that possess solutions of own development....
