| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de este estudio es desarrollar una propuesta para implementar un Sistema Integrado de Gestión en la Superintendencia de Mantenimiento Mina de la División El Teniente, donde los Sistemas a integrar son: Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Sistema de Gestión de Medio Ambiente y Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Estos sistemas cuentan con una estructura similar y al integrarlos se optimizarán recursos, costos y esfuerzos. | |
