Abstract | dc.description.abstract | A series of 2-alkoxycarbonylbenzo[b]thiophene-4,7-quinones (11-15), prepared from the corresponding acid 5, were tested in vitro against trypomastigote form of Trypanosome cruzi. The influence of the lypophilia and oxidant capacity upon the trypanocidal activity of these members is discussed. | en_US |
