Abstract | dc.description.abstract | A very simple and efficient method to prepare aminonaphthalene derivatives in good yield using the Bucherer reaction under microwave irradiation in a closed vessel is described. A reaction time of 30 min at 150 Watts of microwave power was established as the optimum irradiation conditions when approximately 2 g of the initial hydroxynaphthalene was used in the synthesis. | en_US |
