Abstractdc.description.abstractThe nutritive value of four important chileans industries of nonalcoholic beverage was studied. Differents kinds of beverages were analized in order to determine: moisture, ash, sugars and minerals: calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, phosphorus, sodium and potassium. The result are of great interest for the health area proffesionals because knowing the chemical composition of these products, they may practice an appropiate nutritional politic in our country.es_CL
