Abstract	dc.description.abstract	A base de un recuentro de los dos siglos de historia republicana, el autor sostiene que la generación de los diversos instrumentos constitucionales que han regido en Chile desde su Independencia, no han contado con un ejercicio democrático real de la sociedad chilena, constante que redundaría en el permanente cuestionamiento de legitimidad y adhesión al régimen político y de partidos.
