In Fig. 2B, the RNA polymerase sigma 70 Western blots from the supernatant fractions of strains harboring an Hcp1-3XFLAG fusion
were inadvertently duplicated during assembly of the final figure, and the blots of the sigma 70 control in the supernatant of strains
harboring the Hcp2-3XFLAG fusion were not shown. Figure 2B should appear as shown below, with the proper blots directed against
the sigma 70 protein as displayed
