| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | Este artículo describe y analiza el proceso político del segundo año del gobierno de Michelle Bachelet. El 2015 se caracterizó por el estallido de casos de corrupción política y económica, un déficit mayor en la conducción política por parte del gobierno y las coaliciones de partidos, y el desplome de los índices de confianza en los principales actores. No obstante, hubo importantes avances legislativos, que modifican la institucionalidad política y que reconocen derechos sociales y políticos. | en_US |
