Abstractdc.description.abstractThe monthly incidence of measles in Chile from 1964 to 1991 was analyzed using time series and Fourier's analysis. Epidemic levels are reached at periods of approximately 4 years. Accordingly, a new epidemic may be expected in mid 1992, with a total of approximately 40,000 cases.
