Percepción de los internos de Enfermería de Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, sede Rancagua, respecto a su formación en torno al cuidado humanizado de enfermería

Abstract

El presente estudio se centra en la percepción sobre la formación en torno a los cuidados humanizados de los internos de enfermería de la Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP, sede Rancagua. El objetivo fue indagar en la percepción de los internos de enfermería de la Universidad tecnológica de Chile (INACAP), sede Rancagua acerca de sus procesos formativos respecto al cuidado humanizado y factores relacionados. Corresponde a una investigación cualitativa que tiene un diseño de tipo estudio de caso. Se realizaron entrevistas semi estructuradas a los internos de la carrera de enfermería, que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión hasta saturar la información. Los datos se analizaron de forma manual, de manera inductiva, utilizando la metodología de comparaciones constantes. Resultados: se presentan aspectos centrales sobre la percepción de los estudiantes internos de la carrera de enfermería de la Universidad tecnológica de Chile (UTEC) Inacap, respecto a su formación en torno al cuidado humanizado de enfermería, identificando en su proceso formativo los aspectos que facilitan o dificultan la entrega de estos cuidados. Esta investigación nos entrega datos para analizar aquellos aspectos, y así mejorar la formación de estudiantes en torno al tema. Proyecciones: la comprensión de los procesos formativos en torno a cuidados humanizados de enfermería serán de utilidad para proponer estrategias en las asignaturas que tributan a la formación de los estudiantes, y así cumplir con lo declarado por la universidad en el perfil de egreso de la carrera, fortalecer la formación en cuidados humanizados de los egresados de la carrera de enfermería y contribuir a mejorar la disciplina ,entregando una formación basada en los principios de nuestro quehacer.

The present study focuses on the perception about the training around the humanized care of the nursing interns of the Technological University of Chile, INACAP, Rancagua headquarters. The objective was to investigate the perception of the nursing interns of the Technological University of Chile (INACAP), Rancagua headquarters about their training processes regarding humanized care and related factors. Corresponds to a qualitative research that has a case study design. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the nursing career inmates, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria until the information was saturated. The data were analyzed manually, in an inductive manner, using the methodology of constant comparisons. Results: central aspects are presented on the perception of the internal students of the nursing career of the Technological University of Chile (UTEC) Inacap, with respect to their training around the humanized nursing care, identifying in their formative process the aspects that facilitate or hinder the delivery of this care. This research gives us data to analyze those aspects, and thus improve the training of students around the subject. Projections: the understanding of the training processes around humanized nursing care will be useful to propose strategies in the subjects that pay to the training of students, and thus comply with the declared by the university in the graduate profile of the career , strengthen the training in humanized care of graduates of the nursing career and contribute to improving discipline, delivering training based on the principles of our work.
