Abstract
dc.description.abstract
La dopamina (DA) es un neurotransmisor implicado en diversos procesos del
sistema nervioso, el cual promueve efectos celulares a través de la estimulaci6n de
receptores de DA (DARs) expresados en la superficie celular. Los DARs se acoplan a
proteína G modulando la actividad adenilato-ciclasa y otras importantes vías de
sefializacion, tales como las quinasas activadas por mit6genos (MAPKs). Ademas de su
papel clave como mediador en el sistema nervioso, la DA ha sido también recientemente
involucrada como inmunomodulador.
