La presente investigación buscó establecer los factores coincidentes del ausentismo laboral, en
los trabajadores de la comisaría 37° de Vitacura. El estudio se realizó considerando una
estadística oficial entre el año 2019 y 2020. Metodológicamente se planteó como un trabajo
enfocado en la recolección de información. Carabineros de Chile reconoce haber recibido 5.381
licencias médicas por accidentes en actos de servicio en los 75 días que siguieron el 18 de
octubre del 2019, y un total de 31.893 licencias en total en dicho periodo, que corresponde al 26%
de total anual del 2018, se estableció que existe un fenómeno de ausentismo laboral y desgaste
horario, asimismo se establece que existen funcionarios que tienen a conseguir algunas licencias,
y aún hay un componente machista cuando se expresan las jefaturas sobre licencias maternales,
Un 76% refiere verse afectado por la consecuencia que trae la falta de recursos humanos,

he present investigation was based to establish the coinciding factors of absenteeism in the
workers of the 37th police station in Vitacura. The study was carried out considering an official
statistic between 2019 and 2020. Methodologically it was proposed as a work focused on the
collection of information. Carabineros de Chile acknowledges having received 5,381 medical
licenses for accidents in acts of service in the 75 days that followed October 18, 2019, and a total
of 31,893 licenses in total in said period, corresponding to 26% of the annual total of 2018 , it was
established that there is a phenomenon of absenteeism and work hours, it is also established that
there are officials who have to get some licenses, and there is still a sexist component when the
heads of maternity leave are expressed, 76% refer to being affected by the consequence of the
lack of human resources,
