| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | La cepa silvestre de E.coli contiene una fosfofructoquinasa alosterica, isoenzima principal, Pfk-1 y una isoenzima minoritaria,aparentemente no alosterica, Pfk-2 La mutación pfkB1 aumenta los niveles de Pfk-2, permite el crecimiento de mutantes que carecen de Pfk-1 y no afecta el crecimiento en sustrato gluconeo-genetico. La mutacion pfkB10 genera una forma alterada de Pfk-2 de mayor labilidad y propiedades cinética diferentes | es_ES |
