Intrarenal arteriovenous fistula FISTULA ARTERIOVENOSA INTRARRENAL

The case of a 57 yr old woman is presented who had a pulsatile mass in the area of the right kidney which was found during a physical examination. Pyelographic study and arteriography showed a large arteriovenous fistula in the right renal lower pole. A partial nephrectomy was performed which yielded highly satisfactory results.
