Abstractdc.description.abstractThis chapter explores the people‐driven collaborative processes, and the way to support the interactions among participants using human–machine units. It also reviews the state‐of‐the‐art on interaction modeling languages and techniques used to represent the scenarios of interaction among these units. The strengths and weaknesses of the visual notations are reviewed considering a set of requirements established for them in the literature. Finally, the chapter discusses the current research issues in this study domain and future directions for researchers and technology designers.es_ES
