El nuevo impulso : Estado, cultura y asociatividad comunitaria

Abstract

The construction of a solid and stable democracy has to consider the expectations of participation which have become part of local organizations' culture. This has not happened in the Chilean experience and this factor is becoming an obstacle in the building of a move full democracy. The author makes some suggestions that might improve the present situation.
