| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | El artículo analiza y compara el desarrollo de las dos principales instituciones estatales que han atendido los asuntos indígenas en Chile: DASIN/IDI (1953-1978) y CONADI (1994 en adelante). Se muestra la importancia del movimiento indígena en su creación y las dificultades comunes que han enfrentado, entre ellas la falta de apoyo amplio dentro del Poder Legislativo. Se plantea, finalmente, la existencia de una crisis institucional de la política indigenista. | |
