Abstract
dc.description.abstract
The dispute resolution system is an essential aspect in order to grant efficacy to international law. In recent years various transformations have been tried, the most significant of which are the multiplication of international courts and tribunals. This work explores the different effects this result has generated, concentrating on some considered negative. Likewise, it reviews different alternatives that have arisen to mitigate the jurisdictional risks occasioned by the explosive increase in organs of adjudication.
