Abstract
© 2016, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.There was an error in the equation in the original version of this article. The correct equation is: P(case2) = CNM2 NL/C(NM1+NM2) NL Summing over the two independent cases, we finally obtain: PSPtMB = (CNM1 NL + CNM2 NL)/C(NM1+NM2) NL.
