Abstractdc.description.abstractWe use the discrete nonlinear Schrödinger (DNLS) equation to describe tunneling through a single magnetic impurity connected to two perfect leads, in the presence of a magnetic field. Due to the presence of a strong on-site nonlinear interaction between two opposite spins at the impurity site, the zero voltage conductance exhibits strong correlations between parallel and anti-parallel spin conduction channels
