Abstractdc.description.abstractZipeprol is a non opioid antitussive agent derived from piperazine. In Chile there is an increasing abuse of this drug among youngsters. We report two cases, a 19-years old woman and a 42-years old male, both with personality disorders that used high doses of Zipeprol for hallucinogenic and sedative purposes. The woman had seizures due to the neurotoxic effects of the drug.
