ABSTRACT The social movement in Chile has recently pushed to generate fairer and more equitable conditions for all people. In this context, inclusive education seems to be necessary for transforming the structures that make up the education system. However, in Chile, educational policies are framed in the logic of the market, limiting the role of teachers to a technical and implementing conception, restricting their transforming power, which is fundamental to think about education for all. The present study aimed to understand teacher agency from an inclusive perspective, exploring the changes teachers make in their schools and their interactions with other community actors when they carry them out. The study was conducted under a mixed research approach, using a parallel mixed design. We employ an epistemic and social network analysis based on a self-reported questionnaire and the qualitative content analysis of a semi-structured interview with teachers from a private school with public funds in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago. The main findings showed that teachers build networks with other teachers to support each other based on their initiatives. Besides, teachers made changes to adapt their practices, recognizing the diversity of their students and families, focusing on the emotional dimension...
