| Abstract | dc.description.abstract | Para la industria conservera, mejorar la calidad de las conservas, junto con aumentar los rendimientos de proceso y reducir la inmovilización de materia prima en cámaras frigoríficas es una problemática clave que permitiría minimizar las pérdidas y aumentar sus retornos económicos.
