Discurso narrativo en escolares con trastorno del desarrollo del lenguaje: alteraciones morfosintácticas y estructura narrativa

Abstract

El propósito del siguiente trabajo investigativo es dar a conocer, desde el marco de la lingüística clínica, el desarrollo del discurso narrativo en base a la descripción de alteraciones de los niveles morfosintácticos y el análisis de la estructura narrativa, en niños y niñas con TDL, mediante la aplicación de la prueba fonoaudiológica estandarizada, EDNA, comparando su desempeño con niños con DTL. A partir de ello, se utilizaron dos de los tres cuentos que contiene la prueba EDNA en total, de esta manera se pudo asignar cada uno de los textos narrativos seleccionados, “El sapito saltarín” y “La ardillita glotona”, para cada desempeño analizado, oral y escrito, respectivamente. Durante el desarrollo de este estudio se identifica la presencia de indicadores de alteraciones morfosintácticas en el análisis de recontado oral y escrito de los infantes con TDL, los que inciden en la calidad de los relatos de los estudiantes. Así también, se logró identificar el desarrollo de los niveles de desempeño del discurso narrativo según la edad cronológica de un infante, comparándolos con el desarrollo de estructura formal narrativa que manifiestan los niños y niñas con TDL, empleado en el recontado escrito del texto narrativo “La ardillita glotona”.

The purpose of the following research work is to make know, from a linguistic clinic perspective, the development of the narrative discourse based on the description of morphosyntactic alterations and the analysis of the narrative structure, in infants with SLI, through the application of the standardized speech therapy test, EDNA, comparing its performance with children with DTL. Furthermore, two of the three stories that the EDNA test contains in total were used, in this way it was possible to assign each of the selected narrative texts, "The jumping little toad" and "The gluttonous little squirrel", for each performance analyzed, oral and written, respectively. During the development of this study, the presence of indicators of morphosyntactic alterations was identified in the analysis of oral and written retelling of infants with SLI, which affect the quality of the students' stories. Likewise, it was possible to identify the development of the performance levels of the narrative discourse according to the chronological age of an infant, comparing them with the development of the formal narrative structure that children’s with TDL manifest, used in the written retelling of the narrative text "The gluttonous little squirrel".
